You can exchange or return a product for up to 7 days from the date you received the order. 

We offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge. Reverse pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided worth same as your order value in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pick up on your registered e-mail address / contact number.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. Used or altered  products will not be refunded or replaced under any circumstances.
